Its origins in the Berlin crossover of media-art and clubculture, the VJ-band JPECH presents trademark “3-ChordVisuals” REAL-TIME and in the form of objects and installations in bars, clubs, galeries and museums, on music- and designfestivals, fashion-tradeshows and brand-events, in cities throughout Europe and Asia since 2001.
Collaborating with a wide range of musicians JPECH released an audiovisual longplayer (JPECH001) on DVD in 2003 and a 15-minute collage of their live-performances set to music in 2006 (JPECH002). Both releases were presented at the DMY Designfestival in Berlin, where they were yearly participating from 2003 until 2014.
Since 2006 JPECH performed monthly at the explosive, extreme and dangerously sexy dutch club RAUW, where their fast forward esthetics fed the unique vibe of a disco-inferno hedonism blended with the anarchic can-do attitude of punk and the relentless energy of house and techno.
